Leading people starts with recruiting. Sometimes we fear there are too few people to help lead, so we are tempted to grab any "warm body" to fill roles. We want to recruit volunteers and leaders based on character, passion, ability, and impact. If you team has passion about your mission, ability to move forward, and a clear positive impact, people will want to join!
